DELIVERIES & RETURNS
The delivery time on the ordered lifebuoy is about 10-15 working days, if you only buy accessories, the delivery time is about 5-10 working days. If an order has a different delivery time, we will notify the customer. Delivery times to someother countries are a little longer and are informed about at checkout.
Not picked up packages:
Not picked up goods are returned to us. If you still want to have your goods delivered again, we reserve the right to charge you costs for new shipping, currently 30 EUR .
Returns take place at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed wrong. Returns should be sent as they were delivered, not against postal advances. When changing accessories or not specially ordered products, you pay the new shipping from us to you. Once you have taken advantage of your right of withdrawal on non specially ordered products, you must, send or return your item to us.
